Window Washing

Most Northbrook homeowners benefit from two full cleanings per year — spring (to remove winter grime and road salt) and fall (to clear summer pollen before cold weather). Homes near trees may benefit from a third summer cleaning.

Yes — our standard service includes both interior and exterior. We also offer exterior-only if you prefer. All sills, ledges, and frames are wiped down as part of every service.

Yes. We remove, wash, and reinstall screens. Storm windows are carefully disassembled, cleaned pane by pane, and reassembled. Skylights are cleaned with proper equipment. Window wells are also available as an add-on.

Rainwater itself doesn't leave streaks — it's the dirt in rain that does. After a professional clean, light rain typically runs off cleanly. If a storm causes spotting within 48 hours of service, call us and we'll make it right.

Yes — deep cleaning of tracks, sills, and frames is available as an optional add-on. This removes years of built-up grime that regular cleaning doesn't address.

Gutter Cleaning

Twice a year — fall (after leaves drop) and spring (after winter debris accumulates). Illinois's heavy leaf volume and freeze-thaw cycles make fall cleaning especially important. Homes with many trees may need a third cleaning in summer.

No — we can clean your gutters while you're away. We'll confirm access details in advance and send a summary report when the job is complete.

Yes — we repair loose hangers, leaky seams, sagging sections, and damaged downspouts. We also install new gutter systems and gutter guards when needed.

Every cleaning includes hand removal of all debris, downspout flushing to clear hidden clogs, and a complimentary visual inspection of your gutter system. We report any issues found — no obligation to repair.

Power Washing

Power washing uses high pressure — ideal for concrete driveways, walkways, and hard surfaces. Soft washing uses low pressure with professional cleaning solutions — safer for siding, roofs, and wood. We choose the right method for every surface.

High pressure on vinyl siding or asphalt shingles can cause damage. That's why we always use soft washing on siding and roofs — professional results without the risk. We never high-pressure wash delicate surfaces.

Yes — we offer full paver restoration including polymeric joint sand re-application and clear coat sealer after washing. This stabilizes joints, prevents weed growth, and extends the life of your paver surfaces.

Deck Restoration

Every 2–3 years for most wood types. Illinois winters, freeze-thaw cycles, and summer UV exposure break down stain faster than in mild climates. Ipe and exotic hardwoods may need annual oiling to stay protected.

Yes — we specialize in Ipe, teak, cumaru, and other dense hardwoods. These require specialized penetrating oil-based products designed for exotic decking, not standard stains. We use the right products for every wood type.

Yes — full restoration including cleaning, repairs, staining, and sealing for fences and pergolas. Same process and materials as our deck work, every time.

Outdoor Lights

Permanent smart lights (Govee, Eufy, etc.) are installed once and stay year-round. You change colors and effects from an app — red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, your team colors on game day. Holiday lights are traditional seasonal displays we install and remove each year.

Yes — we use commercial-grade smart lights rated for all-weather conditions, installed with secure screw-on brackets. They're designed for year-round outdoor use in cold climates including heavy snow and ice.

No. We use screw-on brackets designed for each surface type. We never use adhesive tape or temporary clips that can damage fascia or lift paint.
